Hello! A warm midwest welcome to you for dropping in to visit our online business website. We are John and Dee Reese, and reside in a Mississippi River Town called Quincy, Illinois. We own and operate a small home business, Quinsippi Mercantile Company. Even though we began our business back in 2003, we have been collectors for many, many years.

Each of us has our own collecting interests. Dee is interested in glassware, pottery, plates, figurines, and many other collectible areas. John is interested in magazine ads (especially the WWII era), all types of vintage advertising and ephemera paper items. We both enjoy attending auctions, estate sales and during the warm weather months, yard sales. We are always looking for items that may be of interest to our customers.

Currently we are selling and auctioning items on several online websites. Links to those websites are listed to the left. We continue to put up new items weekly at each online site.

We expanded our business presence in the offline community at several area antique malls around the tri-states. We are now located in four malls - Perry Antique & Collectibles Mall in Perry, Missouri, Clarksville Antique Center in Clarksville, Missouri, I Remember That Antique Mall in Quincy, Illinois and the Barrel Antique Mall in Springfield, Illinois. (we are booth #229 at all four locations).
